摘要
目前国内使用的数控机床大多数内存容量比较小,而借助CAD/CAM软件自动生成的数控程序往往比较大,存在着数控程序无法一次传到数控机床端的矛盾,这给数控的连续加工带来很大不便。文中提出了通过程序对NC代码进行分段,以解决了数控机床连续加工过程中NC代码文件不能连续传输的问题,并利用VisualC++6.0作为编程语言,编制出相应的软件。
Most of the NC machine tools in use have small memory, but the size of NC program that programmed by CAM is usually very big, so the NC program can't be transferred into NC system for only one time, which makes the continuous NC machining inconvenient. In this paper, it puts forward the solution of disintegrating the NC program by software so as to solve the problem that the NC program can't be itransferred continuously during continuous NC machining. And a software is compiled with Visual C++ 6.0.
