护膜愈疡汤治疗消化性溃疡74例疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of TCM on Peptic Ulcer,A Report of 74 Cases

目的：对比中药和西药对消化性溃疡的近期及远期治疗效果。方法：将消化性渍疡患者140例随机分为治疗组、对照组。治疗组予护膜愈疡汤，观察对该病的临床效果和远期复发率。结果：治疗组临床治愈54例，显效14例，有效4例，无效2例，总有效率97．30％（95％CI=90．09％～94．60％）；对照组临床治愈24例，显效18例，有效14例，无效10例，总有效率84．85％（95％CI=76．20％～93．50％）；两组综合疗效比较（u=4．2476，P〈0．001），差异显著；治疗组1年复发率18．52％（95％CI=8．01％-28．56％），对照组1年复发率58．33％（95％CI=38．61％～78．05％），两组复发率比较（X^2=12．3647，P〈0．01），差异显著。结论：中药治疗组对消化性溃疡的治疗效果优于西药对照组，其收益为OR=0．16（95％CI=0．03～0．74），NNT=8（95％CI=4．6—31．6）；且远期效果较西药对照组有明显的优势，其收益为OR=0．16（95％CI=0．06～0．47），NNT=3（95％CI=1．61～5．68）。

Objective： To compare the the short term efficacy and the prostecdtive efficacy between Chinesse medicine and western medicine on peptic ulcer. Method： 140 cases suffered from peptic ulcer were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. Then observe the clinical effect and long-term recurrence rate. Result ： In treatment group 54 cases were recovered, 14 cases were excellent, d cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 97.30% （95% CI =90.09% -94.60% ）. In control group 24 cases were recovered, 18 cases were excellent, 14 cases were effective and 10 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 84.85% （95% CI = 76. 20% -93.50% ）. There was significant difference between the two groups （u = 4. 247 6,P 〈0. 001 ）. The recurrence rate of 1 year was 18.52% （95% CI = 8.01% -28.56% ） in the treatment group, and 58.33% （95% CI = 38.61% -78.05% ） in the control group. The difference of recurrance rate between the two groups was significant markedly （X^2 = 12. 364 7, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The curative effect of TCM is better than that of western medicine on peptic ulcer, OR = 0. 16 （ 95% CI = 0. 03 - 0. 74 ）, NNT = 8 （95% CI =4. 6 -31.6）. And the prostecdtive efficacy of TCM is superior to that of western medicine, OR = 0. 16 （95% CI =0.06 -0. 47）, NNT =3 （95% CI = 1.61 -5.68）.
