摘要 探讨了重沸器控制方面的设计问题。对于加热介质为蒸汽的控制方案,应优先将控制阀设置在加热蒸汽入口管线上,如控制方案中设置了冷凝液罐,则压力平衡线应从重沸器冷凝液出口侧与冷凝罐罐顶部相连;阐述了几种常见的用显热加热重沸器的控制方案,对于由加热介质主管路上的流量控制阀和旁路线上的压差控制阀共同控制的方案,旁路控制阀两侧的测压元件应准确反应流量控制阀压差变化的情况,否则就会造成控制的失败。 Some design consideration for the control scheme of a reboiler is described. With the control scheme when steam is used as heating medium locating the control valve in the steam line is preferable. When a condensate pot is used, its pressure equalizing line should be connected to the top of the pot from the condensate outlet of the reboiler. Several sensible heating medium control schemes for reboiler are described. For the control scheme by a flow control valve in the heating medium pipeline and a differential pressure control valve in the bypass line, the pressure measurement on both sides of the differential pressure control valve should accurately reflects the change of pressure drop of the flow control valve, otherwise the control will be unsuccessful.
