摘要
介绍应用RE(Reverse Engineering,逆向工程)技术,对电磨铝合金外壳样件先进行激光扫描,获得表面三维点云数据,在此基础上采用逆向工程软件对点云数据进行处理,再用三维CAD/CAM软件进行电磨外壳模型的三维实体模型重建,并自动生成NC加工程序,最后用加工中心加工出模具型腔。较好地解决了具有复杂曲面外形零件的模具设计与加工问题。
It introduces the RE techniques applying in the designing and manufacture about the mantle of the electric grinder. It analyzes the key techniques of RE. The data of radius model are collected. On this condition, the surface is reconstructed and then the solid body is made by the 3D CAD/CAM, also the NC program of 3D model is brought out. The model is produced by the Machining center, at last the mould cavity are produced.
