Thirdly, level of the whole economy strength and diversity of economy types in Eastern Part of China are higher than that in Central and West Part of China. In addition, because of the stimulation measures of environment improvement by Eastern Part of China, viUage-level economic development suffers from relative flections. Also, the paper analyzes the deep mechanism of village-level economy by using system environment, technological progress, market-driven forces, the capital operation, natural resources exploitation, other factors and their interaction. Finally, the paper provides some suggestions for the construction of new socialist rural areas and the comprehensive construction of a well-off society from a micro-perspective with local conditions on the human-oriented notion.
