摘要
通过硫酸铜点滴试验、膜重分析、扫描电镜(SEM)观察和极化曲线测试等方法研究了钼酸钠对常温磷化中所得磷化膜性能的影响,同时对钼酸钠在磷化液中的作用机理做了初步探讨。结果表明,钼酸钠在该磷化液中的最佳含量为3g/L;此时磷化膜微观结晶为颗粒状,且晶粒均匀连续;添加钼酸钠后所得磷化膜的自腐蚀电位变大,交换电流密度变小,耐腐蚀性明显增强。
The effect of Na2Mo04on the properties of room-temperature phosphating coating was been mak-ing use of dropping test of CuSO4,weight loss test,scanning elec-tron microscopic observation,and measurement of polarization curve,and the action mechanism of Na2MoO4 was primarily ex-plored.Result showed the optimal concentration of Na2MoO4 in the solution for room-temperature phosphating was 3 g/L,and the corresponding phosphating coating was composed of granules with a uniform size distribution.Moreover,the introduction of Na2 MoO4 led to increase in the corrosion potential and decrease in current density of the phosphating coating,resulting in considerably in-creased corrosion resistance of the coating.
