钠基累托石对水溶液中镍(Ⅱ)离子的吸附性能 被引量:6

摘要 将天然钙基累托石(Ca-REC)经适当处理得到钠基累托石(Na-REC)。在静态条件下,研究了Na-REC对水溶液中Ni(Ⅱ)离子的吸附性能和吸附热力学,考察了pH值、离子强度、吸附时间等因素对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,pH值和离子强度是影响吸附的主要因素,离子交换反应和表面配位反应是Na-REC吸附Ni(Ⅱ)离子的主要机理;在25℃、pH=7.0~8.0、吸附时间为3h、Na-REC用量为6g/L、Ni(Ⅱ)浓度50mg/L、离子强度为0.01mol/LNaNO3的条件下,用Na-REC吸附水溶液中的Ni(Ⅱ)离子,Ni(Ⅱ)离子去除率可达98%以上;Na-REC对Ni(Ⅱ)的吸附是个自发的、反应度很大的过程,吸附符合Freun-dlich模型。 Na-rectorite(Na-REC)was prepared from natu-ral Ca-rectorite under appropriate conditions.The characteristics and thermodynamics of the adsorption of Ni(Ⅱ)ions in aqueous solution by Na-REC under static conditions were investigated,and the effects of pH value,ionic strength,and adsorption time on the adsorption efficiency were examined.Results showed that pH value and ionic strength had major effects on the adsorption of Ni(Ⅱ)ions in aqueous solution by Na-REC,and the adsorption of IVi(Ⅱ)was dominated by ion exchange reaction and surface complexing reaction.Moreover,it was feasible to remove the Ni(Ⅱ)ions by a rate of above 99% at a temperature of 25 t,pH value of 7-8,adsorption time of 3 h,Na-REC dosage of 6 g/L,Ni(Ⅱ)concentrations of 50 mg/L,and ionic strength(NaN03)of 0.01 mol/L.The adsorption of Ni(Ⅱ)by Na-REC was spon-taneous with high affinity,and the isothermal adsorption reaction fited Freundlich model.
