核心技术联盟及其对联盟企业技术创新能力的影响

Key Technology Alliance(KTA) and the Influence of KTA on Enterprises Technology Innovation

技术创新是企业持久竞争优势的源泉,而技术联盟是企业获取技术创新的方式之一,很多企业置身于复杂的企业网络中,以此提升企业的技术创新能力。在企业实现技术联盟的过程中,有些企业就成为网络中的核心企业。因此,界定了核心技术联盟的概念,并从核心技术联盟形成的动因角度,分析核心技术联盟既能提高联盟内核心企业技术新构想的获取能力,也可提升非核心企业的研究开发能力、生产制造能力和市场营销能力,从而提高了联盟企业的技术创新能力。

Technology innovation is a basic source of enterprise＇s permanent competitive advantage. And the technology alliance is one of the methods of technical innovation. There are so many companies which are within complex enterprise networks that they can enhance their technological innovation capability. In the process of technology alliance, some enterprises become the core companies of the network. In this paper, the concept of key technical alliance （KTA） is put forward. In the view of the alliance＇s formation, we draw conclusions that the KTA can improve the ability to obtain new ideas of core companies, as well as enhance the non-core companies＇ R＆D ability, manufacturing capacity and marketing power, which both play important roles of technological innovation ability.
