摘要 对团队知识扩散的相关界定,分析影响其有效转移的主体因素、结构因素、行为因素以及环境因素。知识扩散能否在复杂、动态、模糊的情境中有效运作,很大程度上依赖于组织学习以及整体配合的灵活状态。在此基础上,构建团队知识扩散与组织学习的动态模型,为进一步的团队互动打下坚实的基础。 Based on the definition of team knowledge diffusion, the paper analyzes its impact on the effective transfer of main factors, structural factors, behavioral factors and environmental factors. Wheather knowledge diffusion can operation in a complex, dynamic and ambiguous situations,is dependent on the organizational learning and overall flexibility with the state. On this basis, the peper builds a dynamic model of organizational learning and knowledge diffusion proliferation, for the purpose to promote organizationa interaction.
