Based on the definition of team knowledge diffusion, the paper analyzes its impact on the effective transfer of main factors, structural factors, behavioral factors and environmental factors. Wheather knowledge diffusion can operation in a complex, dynamic and ambiguous situations,is dependent on the organizational learning and overall flexibility with the state. On this basis, the peper builds a dynamic model of organizational learning and knowledge diffusion proliferation, for the purpose to promote organizationa interaction.
