摘要
员工帮助计划(EAP)激励本土化是时代的需要,依据中国文化与人格等因素,首次提出"一轨道、二主线、五步骤"的基于EAP激励的中国化路径。具体是沿着员工管理轨道,贯穿EAP激励理念宣传与和谐人际主线,实施EAP激励战略规划、工作分析、职业生涯管理、培训咨询和员工关系管理。
Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) incentive localization is the needs of the times, according to Chinese culture and personality and other factors, first proposed the Uone track, two main lines, five steps' based on the knowledge- based EAP Staff Motivation localization path. Specific management staff along the track, through publicity and EAP incentive idea of a harmonious interpersonal main line, the implementation of EAP encourage strategic planning, job analysis, career management, training advice and relationship management staff.
