摘要
岗位评价是企业职位分析过程中的重要环节。针对企业操作岗位的特点,运用职位分类的基本原理,根据岗位评价所需反映岗位重要性的评价要素,对企业操作岗位的评价因素进行了分解,重点探讨了对每一个评价因素的文字描述,为岗位评价打分提供可借鉴的文字依据。
Job evaluation is the important link in the position analysis of the company. This paper focus on the features of the company's positions; use the theory of the position classification and the evaluation elements that reflecting the importance of the post to decompose the evaluation factors of the company's operating positions. The key content of this paper is to study the literal description of each factor, which will provide a documentary basis for the job evaluation.
