摘要
落实科学发展观,全面建设小康社会,必须协调各地区共同发展,离开了农村全面小康将无从谈起。建设社会主义新农村是全面落实科学发展观建设和谐农村、和谐社会必不可少的重要环节。建设生态文明村是建设社会主义新农村的有效载体,是解决"三农"问题的新契机。
Implementing scientific development view,Building an Overall Well-Being Society ,we must harmonize the common development of each area, Nothing can be achieved without the common development of villages. Building a new socialist countryside is an important part to implement scientific development view , build harmonious villages and society. Building ecological and civilized villages is an effective carrier of building new socialist countryside, and it is a new opportunity to solve the ＂Three Agricultural Problems＂.
