摘要
叙述和探讨了硫酸盐法制浆厂污染物的内部处理的方法和建议,如,干法剥皮取代湿法剥皮,新式连蒸、新式间蒸(super batch和DDS)取代常规的间蒸,采用多种洗浆机组合的洗涤方式,采用新式的密闭筛选系统,浆厂不凝气(NCG)送入碱回收炉中燃烧处理。
The paper describes and investigates the methods and suggestions for the internal treatment of pollutants in kraft pulp mills. Replacing wet debarking with dry debarking process, replacing conventional batch cooking with continuous cooking and new type batch cooking（ super batch and DDS）, washing method of multiple pulp washer combined and new closed screen system and the noncondensable gas sent to alkali recover boiler for burning treatment were adopted.
