摘要
弹体的强度是弹丸在压药及发射过程中安全的重要保证。本文通过建立有限元模型分析并计算了薄壁弹体在压药过程中的应力场,同时采用应变片应力测量方法测取了薄壁弹体在压药时各点的应力值,从而能较准确地校核弹体在压药过程中的结构强度和弹体变形。
Enough intensity of the cartridge case is the important guarantee of pellet's safety in the case of pressing powder and discharging. In this paper, the distribution of stress in the thin-walls cartridge case is analyzed and computed in the case of pressing powder by constructed FEA's model. At the same time the stress is obtained by the means of strain gages experimental measurement on the cartridge case during pressing powder. The cartridge case's structures intensity and deformation can be calibrated exactly according to the above method.
