阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的眼部表现及治疗

Ocular characteristics and treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)是呼吸科及耳鼻喉科的一种常见疾病。近年来大量的临床资料显示,OSAHS患者可同时伴有多种眼部病变,包括眼睑松弛综合征(发病率为2.0%～32.6%)、非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变(发病率为2.8%～71.0%)、青光眼(发病率为5.9%～57.0%)等。为了提高临床医师对OSAHS及眼部病变的认识,本文综述了与OSAHS相关的眼部病变及其关系。提示对于OSAHS患者应同时关注眼部情况,对患有以上眼部疾病的患者也应询问是否有OSAHS的病史或相关症状,以争取对OSAHS早期诊断和治疗。

Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS） is a common disorder in respiration department and otorhinolaryngology department. Many researches show that OSAHS patients have been accompanied with a number of eye disorders including floppy eyelid syndrome（2.0% to 32.6% ）, non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy（2.8% to 71.0% ）,and glaucoma （5.9% to 57.0% ）,et al. This article reviews the eye disorders associated with OSAHS and the relations between them to improve the clinician＇ s recognition of OSAHS and ocular symptoms, which urge the doctor to pay more attention to the ocular condition of OSAHS patients, and inquire the patients who have ocular disease with OSAHS or not to provide more chance for early diagnosis and treatment.
