Advance of Study on Evaluating Index for Multiple Myeloma Prognosis——Review

多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma,MM)是一种临床常见病,其预后差别很大。准确的预后判断对于临床治疗方案的选择具有重要意义。本文从年龄、肿瘤负荷、细胞遗传学异常、血清学检测、CD抗原、非创伤性物理检查、分期系统等方面对近年来该病预后评价指标的最新研究进展作一综述,以期为该病预后判断及治疗提供帮助。

Multiple myeloma （MM） is a common disease with various prognoses. Accurate prognosis judgement is of great significance for clinical treatment. In this review, summarized most recent progress on evaluating index of this disease from aspects of age, tumor load, cytogenetic disturbance, serological analysis, CD antigens, non-invasive physical examinations, staging system and so on were summarized in order to provide new information on treament and prognosis evaluation of this disease.
