匹多莫德联合微波治疗尖锐湿疣的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Pidotimod plus Microwave in Treating Condyloma Acuminatum

目的观察匹多莫德联合微波治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法选择门诊尖锐湿疣患者70例,随机分为治疗组38例和对照组32例,所有患者均用微波去除疣体,治疗组口服匹多莫德,对照组肌注α-2b干扰素。结果治疗组复发率13.16%,对照组复发率55.88%,两组复发率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论匹多莫德联合微波治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of pidotimod plus microwave in treating condyloma acuminatum. Methods 70 outpatients with eondyloma acuminatum were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups ： treatment group （ n = 38 ） and control group （ n = 32 ） ; microwave was applied to all the patients to excise the wart tissues ; oral administration of pidoti mod was made in treatment group while injeettion of interferon α - 2b in control group. Results The reoecurrent rate in treatment group was 13.16% while that in control group was 55.88%, the difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusions It is of exact curative effect to treat eondyloma aeuminatum with pidotimod plus microwave.
