摘要
目的探讨重度前房积血的治疗方式。方法对17例外伤性重度前房积血患者行4mm巩膜隧道切口进前房夹取血凝块。结果所有病例术后角膜内皮无明显水肿,切口愈合快,视力恢复良好。结论经巩膜隧道切口手术治疗重度前房积血是理想的治疗方式。
Objective To discuss the treatment for severe hyphema. Methods 4mm scleral tunnel incision was made on 17 cases with traumatic severe hyphema and the blood clots were taken out by way of anterior chambers. Results All the cases showed no edema of corneal endotbelium after operation and eyesight recovered well. Conclusions Scleral tunnel incision is an ideal treatment for severe hypbema.
