乙肝病毒携带者的心理状况调查分析

Investigation of Psychological State of HBV Carriers

目的探讨携带乙肝病毒者的心理状态,为做好该类人员的心理疏导提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷和访谈形式对89例乙肝病毒携带者进行调查。结果携带乙肝病毒者的负性心理存在普遍性,且以带来的心理压力、无助心理及保密心理占有较大比例,而文化程度高低亦决定他们不同的负性心理。结论携带乙肝病毒者均需要根据不同心理特征、文化程度及家庭成员态度进行心理调理。

Objective To investigate the psychological state of HBV carriers so as to provide better psychological guidance. Methods The selfdesigned questionnaire and interwiew were given to 89 HBV carriers in the investigation. Results Negative psychology was widely found in HBV carriers, which caused psychological pressure, helplessness psychology and confidential mentality in most HBV carriers, and their education levels played certain role in the degree of negative psychology. Conclusions Different psychological opsunizations should be given to HBV carriers of different psychological features, different educational levels and different attitudes of their family members.
