医疗质量管理中实施循证医学的困难及对策

The Difficulties of Applying Evidence-Based Medicine in Medical Quality Management and Its Countermeasures

文章从介绍循证医学这一概念入手,逐步分析了国内外循证医学在临床医学中的发展情况,同时重点提出了我国在医疗质量管理过程中应用循证医学存在的困难,并在此基础上,进一步提出解决这些问题的对策。最后,再次强调实施循证医学对我国医疗质量管理的必要性,加快实践循证进程任重而道远。

The concept of evidence - based medicine （EBM） was introduced firstly, then the development of EBM in clinical medicine was analyzed. And the difficulties of applying EBM in medical quality tmnagement were stressed, thus countermeasures were put forward. Finally, the necessity of applying EBM in medical quality rmnagement were emphasized.
