The expression and significance of Survivin and Ki67 in odontogenic jaw cyst epithelium

摘要 目的:探讨根端囊肿、含牙囊肿及角化囊肿衬里上皮中Survivin、Ki67的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化法检测12例根端囊肿、20例含牙囊肿、22例角化囊肿中Survivin、Ki67表达水平,并加以分析。结果:Survivin在根端囊肿中无表达,在含牙囊肿和角化囊肿中表达的阳性率分别为10%、63.6%,角化囊肿OD值显著高于根端囊肿和含牙囊肿(P<0.05);Ki67在3种组织中均有表达,角化囊肿中Ki67-LI显著高于根端囊肿和含牙囊肿(P<0.05);角化囊肿中Survivin阳性表达的Ki67-LI显著高于表达阴性者(P<0.05),且Survivin表达与Ki67表达呈正相关(r=0.452,P<0.05)。结论:Survivin、Ki67在牙源性囊肿中的表达差异显示了它们具有不同的增殖和分化过程。 Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of regulators Survivin and Ki67 in the lining of odontogenic cysts .Method: Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of regulators Survivin and Ki67 in 12cases of radicular cyst (RC), 18cases dentigerous cyst (DC) and 22cases of odontogenic keratocyst (OKC).Result: Survivin expression was absent in RC, the positive expression rates of Survivin in DC and OKC were 10%,63.6% respectively, OD of Survivin in OKC was significantly higher than that in RC and DC (P〈0.05). Ki67 positive stainings were observed in the three tissues, Ki67-LI in OKC was significantly higher than that in RC and DC (P〈0.05). Ki67-LI in OKC with positive expression of Survivin was significantly higher than that with negative expression (P〈0.05), and the expression of Survivin was positively correlated with Ki67 expression (r=0.452, P〈0.05).Conclusion: The results demonstrate that there are differences in Survivin,Ki67 expression between epithelial linings of the major odontogenie cysts types, indicating differences in proliferation and differentiation processes within these lesions.
