摘要
目的:研发放热温度低并有抗菌活性的沸石止血剂。方法:用猪股动、静脉半横断出血模型,比较本室制备的Ag.Zn沸石和复合沸石与QC(Quikclot)的止血效果、放热、抗菌和血凝块强度。结果:QC止血效果好,但放热最高(75℃),组织有热损伤,无抗菌活性;复合沸石止血效果佳,放热显著降低,无热损伤,动物失血量和死亡率最低,有较强抗菌活性,血凝块强度大。结论:复合沸石止血高效,放热低并具有抗感染功能。
Objective:To research and develop a zeolite hemostatic agent with low exothermal temperature and antibacterial activity. Methods: The hemostatic efficiacy, exothermal temperature, tissue injury, antibacterial activity and clot strength of the Ag. Zn zeolite, the compound zeolite and the Quikclot ( Qc ) were compared in a swine model. The animal femoral artery and vein were semi -crosseuted to produce uncontrolled hemorrhage. Results: QC had a good hemostatic efficacy with some extent of thermal injury of tissue owing to the maximum exothermal temperature (75℃), whereas in other groups the exothermal temperature was lower than 40℃ without any thermal injury. Conclusion: Compound zeolite possesses the characteristics of higher hemostatic efficacy, lower exothermal temperature and stronger antibacterial activity.
