摘要 目的:探讨转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、抑癌基因Smad4和核增殖标志基因Ki-67在胃癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:应用组织芯片、免疫组织化学SP法检测分析60例胃癌、30例非典型增生和20例正常胃黏膜组织中TGF-β1、Smad4和Ki-67的表达。结果:胃癌、非典型增生和正常胃组织中TGF-β1的表达阳性率分别为68.3%、50.0%、45.0%;Smad4的表达阳性率分别为45.0%、66.6%、80.0%;Ki-67的表达阳性率分别为66.6%、53.3%、35.0%。三种标记物的阳性表达在三种组织之间均有显著性差异。结论:胃癌中TGF-β1、Ki-67高表达和Smad4缺失可能共同促进癌细胞的增殖。 Objective: To investigate the expressions and significance of TGF- β1, Smad4 and Ki -67 in gastric carcinoma. Methods: Tissue microarray and immunohistochemical SP method were used to detect the expressions of TGF - β1, Smad4 and Ki - 67 in 60 cases of gastric carcinoma, 30 cases of atypical hyperplasia, and 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa. Results: In gastric mucosa, atypical hyperplasia and normal gastric mueosa, the positive rates of TGF - β1 expression were 68.3% , 50.0% and 45.0% respectively, the positive rates of Smad4 expression were 45.0% , 66.6% and 80.0% respectively, and the positive rates of Ki -67 were 66.6%, 53.3% and 35.0% respectively. The positive expressions of the above three markers among the three groups had significant differences statistically. Conclusion: The overexpression of TGF- [31 and Ki- 67 and the loss of Smad4 in gastric carcinoma may jointly promote the cancer cell proliferation.
