摘要
目的:对四种国产聚氨酯海绵进行致突变性检测,为开发封闭负压引流技术(VAC)治疗专用敷料提供实验室依据。方法:采用小鼠微核试验。按照有关规定制备四种聚氨酯海绵材料的浸提液,将浸提液和阴性、阳性对照液分别注入各实验组小鼠的腹腔内,于第二次注射后6 h取其骨髓涂片,双盲法观察骨髓嗜多染色红细胞内的微核发生率。结果:四种国产聚氨酯海绵浸提液的微核率分别为(1.85±0.34)‰,(1.80±0.40)‰,(1.90±0.37)‰及(1.95±0.41)‰,与阴性对照组生理盐水(2.05±0.36)‰,无显著性差异。结论:四种国产聚氨酯海绵无潜在致突变性。
Objective:To evaluate the mutagenic potential of four kinds of polyurethane sponges made in China. Methods: Micronucleus test of bone marrow in mice was used in this study. Four kinds of polyurethane sponges extract (experimental group, including subgroup A, B, C and D ), normal saline (negative control ) and cyclophosphamide ( positive control) were injected into the abdominal cavity of the mice. Six hours after the second injection, the bone marrow slides were made and the micronuclei of polychromatic erythrocytes (PCE) in bone marrow were observed. Results: The positive rates of polyurethane sponges micronuclei in subgroup A, B, C and D were ( 1.85 ± 0. 34 ) %0, ( 1.80 ± 0.40) %0, ( 1.90 ± 0. 37 ) %0 and ( 1.95 ± 0. 41 ) %0, respectively. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of the mieronueleus between the experimental group and the negative control group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: The four kinds of polyurethanes sponges made in China have no potential mutagenicity.
