摘要
HBV X蛋白(HBx)是多功能蛋白,能转录激活多种病毒及细胞基因,从而参与病毒复制以及宿主细胞的基因调控、蛋白降解和细胞信号转导等过程。近期研究发现HBx可以定位在线粒体上,干扰线粒体氧化磷酸化等能量代谢过程,促进细胞凋亡。氧化应激是指人体的组织细胞中自由基产生增多,并且由于自由基清除酶的活性下降、数量减少等原因,使得机体的抗氧化能力下降的现象,反映了体内氧化和抗氧化系统间的失衡。本文从HBx在线粒体的定位以及与HBx结合的蛋白,从相关的分子机制阐明HBx与氧化应激的相关作用。
HBV X protein (HBx) is a muhifunctional protein which could transcriptional activate many viral and cell genes so that it participates in several pathological processes such as HBV replication and gene regulation of host cell, protein degradation and signal transduction. According to previous study, HBx could localize on mitochondria and interfere energy metabolism processes including oxidative phosphorylation to promote apoptosis. Oxidative stress reflects the imbalance between oxidation and antioxidant systems in vivo. It is free radical overproduction by the tissue cells, the decline in capacity of free radical scavenging enzymes and the decrease in the number of free radical scavenging enzymes, which makes the body antioxidant capacity decline that make the oxidative stress. In this article, the correlation of HBx and oxidative stress is discussed in many aspects such as mitochondria-localization, the combination protein of HBx and many molecular mechanisms.
