摘要
熊去氧胆酸在亚磷酸三乙酯和三乙胺作用下,与2,2'-二硫二苯并噻唑缩合得熊去氧胆酸-2-苯并噻唑硫酯,再与牛磺酸反应得牛磺熊去氧胆酸,总收率约76%。
Tauroursodeoxycholic acid was synthesized by condensation of ursodeoxycholic acid with 2,2＇-dithiobisbenzothiazole in the presence of triethyl phosphite and triethylamine to afford ursodeoxycholic acid 2-benzothiazolyl thioester, followed by reaction with taurine with an overall yield of about 76 %.
