摘要
利用乙醇注入法制备穿心莲内酯脂质体,并用聚乙二醇2000修饰脂质体表面。用正交设计优化制备工艺。结果表明,优化后穿心莲内酯脂质体的体积平均粒径为6.7μm,包封率92.7%,载药量9.3%。
The liposomes loaded with andrographolide were prepared by ethanol injection method, which surface was modified by PEG 2000. The preparation was optimized by orthogonal design. The results showed that the average volume diameter, entrapment efficiency and drug loading of the optimized liposomes were 6.7um, 92.7 % and 9.3 %, respectively.
