摘要
通过对Q235钢在Gleeble1500热模拟试验机上压缩变形后保温不同时间的显微组织进行观察,研究了变形量和变形后保温时间对形变诱导铁素体向奥氏体逆相变的影响。结果表明:在相同温度和相同变形速率下,随着变形量的增加,发生形变诱导铁素体逆相变的时间逐渐变短;同时随着保温时间的延长,铁素体的含量出现由多到少、再到多的变化趋势,而且铁素体出现了两种不同原因导致的晶粒长大。
The influence of deformation and holding time on the inverse transformation phenomenon of deformation induced ferrite in Q235 steel was investigated by observation of microstructure of the specimen which experienced a hot compression process on Gleeble1500 thermomechanieal simulator. The results indicated that the speed for inverse transformation of deformation induced ferrite increased with the increase of strain at the same temperature and strain rate. The ferrite content decreased first and then increased with the increase of holding time. Two different causes resulted in the ferrite grain growth.
