55 dtex/144 f涤纶DTY生产工艺探讨

Discussion of production process of 55 dtex/144 f polyester DTY

采用熔体直纺75dtex/144f涤纶POY为原料,在FK6-1000型加弹机上生产了55dtex/144f涤纶DTY,探讨了其生产工艺。结果表明:控制加工速度为600～700m/min,拉伸倍数为1.65,选用1-4-1组合聚氨酯摩擦盘,D/Y为1.60,网络压力为0.12MPa;定型超喂率为4.00%～5.50%时,生产稳定,毛丝及断头少。生产的55dtex/144f涤纶DTY断裂强度为3.75cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为18.2%,沸水收缩率为3.5%,染色一等品率达95%。

Using melt-spun 75 dtex/144 f PET POY as raw material, 55 dtex/144 f polyester DTY was prepared on a FK6-1000 texturing machine. The production process was discussed. The results showed that the production was stable with less fuzz and breaks under the conditions as followed： processing speed 600 -700 m/min, draw ratio 1.65, polyurethane friction disk 1-4-1, D/Y ratio 1.60, network pressure 0. 12 MPa, setting over-feed ratio 4.00% - 5.50%. The obtained 55 dtex/144 f polyester DTY with the first-grade rate of 95% had the breaking strength 3.75 cN/dtex, elongation at break 18.2% and boiling water shrinkage 3.5%.
