摘要
采用化学成分分析、硬度测定、力学性能测试、金相检验及综合分析等方法对内壁表面出现裂纹的大型厚壁管坯进行了分析。结果表明:由于锻造加热时间不足和选用型砧方式不当引起大型管坯内壁产生放射状裂纹。
On the inner wall surface through the cracks of large thick-walled tube for chemical composition analysis, hardness, mechanical testing, metallography inspection and analysis. The results showed that, inside large tube radial cracks due to the lack of time and forging heating-anvil approach improper use caused by forging the split.
