循环流化床锅炉在油厂的应用

按照国家节能环保要求，使用35t／h循环流化床锅炉，可燃烧热量在18．84～20．93MJ／kg的劣质煤，吨煤产汽量增加1t，燃烧效率达97．6％，热效率达86．5％。配套布袋除尘器和管道输灰系统，顺利出灰3t／／h。经安装在烟囱上的在线检测仪检测，排放烟气的含尘量低于70mg／m^3、SO：含量低于100mg／m^3。

According to the national requirement of saving energy and environment protection , a circulating fluidized bed boiler with the capacity of 35 t/h was used in our plant. The boiler could burn with low quality of coal （calorific value 18.84 -20.93 MJ/kg） , and more 1 t of steam was gained, its burning efficiency arrived 97.6% and heat efficiency arrived 86.5%.
