摘要
介绍了快速原形技术和铸造技术相结合的快速铸造技术及其国内外的现状和发展趋势。利用快速原型技术可直接或间接制造铸造用消失模、铸造模样、模板、铸型、型芯或型壳等,也可制作精密铸造的熔模、精密铸造用模具或其他工艺装备以及直接制造精铸型壳。利用快速原形原理,在型砂或陶瓷粉末上喷射粘接剂和催化剂,固化后即得一定厚度的铸型,在铸型的内表面涂敷或浸渍涂料即可用于浇铸金属件。快速铸造技术能提高生产效率,适合各种复杂零件的单件小批量生产,具有广阔的应用前景。
The rapid casting process which is an integration between rapid prototyping and the casting process is introduced, its status and tendency in China and broad is also introduced. The lost foam in casting, casting die, pattern plate, casting mould, casting cores and mould shells are made directly or indirectly by rapid prototyping technology, the wax pattern, die and other technology equipment and moulding shell for precision casting are also made by rapid prototyping technology. By the principle of rapid prototyping, the binder and catalyst is sprayed on moulding sands or ceramics powders, the casting mould is obtained after solidifying, then which is used to pour liquid metal after application of coating. The rapid casting process could be used to improve casting productivity and manutitcture complicated castings.
