摘要 基于刚塑性/刚粘塑性有限元方法的数值模拟,对冲压扩口的常温和温成形过程进行了分析,对两成形工艺中的模具载荷、应力和应变分布及温度场分布进行了比较。结果表明,与常温扩口成形相比,温扩口成形具有成形载荷小、应力数值小、温度分布均匀等优点,且温成形的成形效果较好,其扩口边缘较为平整。并进行了相应的工艺实验研究,实验结果与模拟结果基本吻合,为温扩口成形技术在工业生产中的应用提供了理论依据。 The swelling forming process in atmospheric temperature and the warm swelling forming process of tubes were analyzed by numerical simulation based on rigid plastic/rigid viscoplastic finite element method. Some parameters, such as loads of die, stress, strain and temperature field in the two forming methods were compared. The results indicate that, compared with the swelling forming process in atmospheric temperature, the warm swelling forming have some advantages, just like smaller loads, smaller stress and more well-proportioned temperatures, and the effect of its shaping was better, the swelling edge of tubes was smoother. In the meantime, the technology were researched experimentally, the simulation results were basically consistent with the experimental results. These provide academic gist for the industrial applications of warm swelling forming technology.
