摘要
搅拌摩擦焊和熔化极氩弧焊是航空航天领域两种常用的铝合金焊接工艺方法。本研究以70mm厚5A06铝合金作为实验材料,研究比较了用这两种方法得到的焊接接头的微观组织和性能。结果表明,搅拌摩擦焊接头晶粒细化,合金元素烧损减少,具有较高的力学性能和抗腐蚀性能。比较结果有利于根据要求选择合适的焊接方法。
FSW (friction stir welding) and MIG are two common methods for welding aluminum alloys. 5A06 aluminum alloy of 70 mm thickness was welded by FSW and MIG respectively. The microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion-resistant properties of the welds were tested and compared. The results show that through FSW, the weld has finer grain and the burning ratio of alloy elements becomes less; meanwhile the weld has higher mechanical properties and the becomes more corrosion-resistant, The study can help to choose proper welding method.
