摘要
对AM50镁合金进行了搅拌摩擦焊接实验,研究了各特征点的焊接温度场变化规律。结果表明:在搅拌摩擦焊接过程中,各特征点都经历了"加热-峰值-冷却"的过程,且各特征点的加热速度、冷却速度、峰值温度以及到达峰值温度的时间各不相同。在一定的旋转速度下,各特征点的峰值温度随焊接速度的减小而升高;而在一定的焊接速度下,各特征点的峰值温度随旋转速度的增大而升高。
By means of friction stir welding (FSW) experiments on AM50 magnesium alloy, the principles about the change of featured points in temperature field were studied. The results show that in the process of FAW, featured points go through the process of "heating-peak temperature-cooling ", and their heating rate, cooling rate, peak temperature and the time of reaching peak temperature are different. The peak temperature tends to increase as the welding speed decreases, or the rotational speed increases.
