摘要
对转向轴零件进行了工艺分析,制定了工艺路线。利用有限元分析软件Msc.SuperForm模拟了该零件的弯型成形过程。根据模拟结果,分析了成形工艺的缺点,进行工艺完善,最终确定了合理的成形方案,并进行了弯型、预锻及终锻的模具设计。
The forming process of steering shaft was analyzed, the manufacturing procedure of the part was determined. Using finite element analysis software--MSC.Superform, the bending forming process of the part was simulated. According to the results of the simulation, the shortcomings of the forming process were analyzed, the forming process was improved, then the most appropriate plan finally was determined. At last, the dies of the bending forming process, the pre-forging process and the final-forging process were designed.
