摘要
神经纤维的生长主要是尖端生长,新生物质主要被组装在神经纤维的尖端、一个被称为生长锥的结构中。生长锥是神经纤维的生长点,生长导向分子通过生长锥表面的受体将导向信号传递到细胞内,并通过细胞骨架相关蛋白最终引起生长锥内细胞骨架结构的重新排列,导致轴突的延伸、转向或回缩。本文描述了最近几年对于生长锥的结构、运动特性以及信号调控的相关研究结果,旨在对生长锥的生物学特性做个较为全面的阐述。
