摘要
建立了轴类工件车削加工不同装夹方式的三维弹性力学模型。并结合切削力计算公式,提出在考虑3个切削分力同时作用下,工件空间弹性形变的有限元计算方法。所得计算结果直接应用于轴类零件加工,实现了刀具轨迹补偿和切削参数的优化。
Three dimensional elastic mechanics model for different clamped methods in turning was established. Combined with cutting force calculating method, finite element method was adopted to caculate the error precisely considering three cutting force conponents acting simultaneously. This model can be applied to the turning of shaft components, error compensation and cutting parameters can be optimized.
