基于Fluent的复杂通道比例阀的数值模拟研究

Numerical Simulation of Electro-hydraulic Proportional Valve with Complex Flow Field Based on Fluent

运用Fluent对具有复杂通道的比例阀进行了数值模拟,并分析了该阀的压力损失,同时通过模拟比例阀的内部流场验证了其可靠性。结果表明:应用Fluent可以快速、可靠地分析具有复杂通道比例阀的特性,从而改进设计结构,使其满足性能要求。

The numerical simulation about proportional valve having complex flow field was accomplished based on Fluent and the pressure loss of the valve was analyzed. The reliability of the simulation method was validated by simulating the inner flow field of the proportional valve. The result shows that the characteristic of proportional valve having complex flow field can be analyzed rapidly by Fluent, so the structure can be improved based on the analysis.
