摘要 针对CAPP的现状及工艺设计的复杂性,通过介绍工艺设计的步骤阐述了工艺路线的设计、机床与工艺装备的确定以及加工余量和工序尺寸公差的设定,并分析了工艺设计的模糊性。提出了将模糊评判的方法应用于工艺设计中,同时给出了评判步骤,通过实例说明了利用模糊技术实现工艺方案的优化。 Aimed at the present condition of CAPP and the complexity of process design, the process design was introduced, the design of craft route, the determining of machine tool and planning equipment and the enactment of forging envelope and tolerance of procedure dimension were elaborated, and the fuzzy of process design was analyzed. A method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in process designing was put forward, and evaluation step was given. The realization of the optimization of process schemes using fuzzy technique was explained by an example.
