摘要
运用Ansys10.0有限元软件对平面/平面接触进行了三维的有限元分析,并通过与Mindlin理论比较,验证了有限元分析微动疲劳的正确性;分析了刚度系数、材料特性等因素对微动疲劳的影响,为解决工程实际中平面/平面接触的微动疲劳奠定了理论基础。
A three dimensional finite element method based on Ansys10. 0 was used to analyze the plane-to-plane contact, and the cure gained was compared with Mindlin theory. The results demonstrate that the finite element method used in fretting fatigue analysis is correct. Some factors affecting fretting fatigue such as stiffness coefficient and material characteristic were analyzed. A theoretic support to solve the fretting fatigue problems occurred in plane-to-plane contact was given.
