摘要
介绍了故障树分析方法。以叉车液压系统为例通过分析系统故障形式、液压系统结构以及组件与系统之间的逻辑关系,绘制了系统的故障树,并依据故障树进行故障排查和诊断。此方法简便、直观、实用,应用于液压系统故障诊断中,取得了令人满意的效果。
The fault tree analysis (ETA) method was introduced. Taking Forklift hydraulic system as an example, the fault trees were constructed according to the internal connection among the system and the logical relationship between the parts failure and the system, and based on the fault tree for troubleshooting and diagnosis. This method is simple and intuitive, it can achieve satisfactory results for applying in the hydraulic system fault diagnosis.
