摘要
目的:探讨正常成人女性海马的体积以及分析女性抑郁症患者海马体积的变化特征。方法:利用3.0T磁共振分别对各30名的正常和抑郁症女性整体海马及海马的各部体积进行测量,并利用平均层面积和层数对各部形态进行分析。结果:抑郁症组的双侧海马及尾部体积明显小于正常组(P<0.05);虽然抑郁症组双侧海马头、海马体的体积与正常组相比没有差异性,但抑郁症组左侧海马头的平均层面积小于正常组(P<0.05),层数却大于正常组(P<0.05);抑郁症组双侧尾部层数均小于正常组(P<0.05)。结论:海马的体积变化与抑郁症的发病有一定的相关关系。
Objective: To investigate the changes of hippocampal volumes of the normal and depressed adult females. Methods: The volumes of the entire hippocampus and its different regions of 30 normal and depressed adult females were measured with 3.0T magnetic resonance; then, an morphological analysis of different regions of hippocampus were given according to the average area of each layer and the number of the layers. Results: The volumes of bilateral hippocampus and hippocampcal tail of the depressed were obviously less than that of normal adults (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the volumes of bilateral hippocampcal head and body of the depressed and normal, but the average area of each layer of the left hippocampcal head of the normal was greater than that of the depressed, and the layers of head of the normal were less (P〈0.05); the layers of bilateral hippocampcal tail of the depressed were less than that of the normal (P〈0.05). Conclusions: There are some correlation between the onset of depression and the morphologic changes ofhippocampcal volume.
