摘要 基于高速铣床主轴支撑技术的应用背景和现状,提出了新型水润滑动静压混合径向轴承结构。和传统结构相比,该结构采用环槽和冷却孔对轴瓦表面直接冷却以降低轴承温升,且采用阶梯腔增强动压效应以增强承载力。运用有限元求解基于整体流紊流模型的雷诺方程和能量方程,计算得到不同腔型轴承的动静特性,并对多种结构的刚度和温升进行分析比较。结果表明:该结构不仅能够满足轴承的性能要求,而且能有效控制温升和具有较高的刚度。 A new hybrid journal bearing structure with which round recess and coohng orifice restnctors were set to limit temperature rise on the surface of bush directly and stepped recesses were set to enhance dynamic effect, was proposed to meet the high aeeuraey of high-speed spindle. With compressibility of water taken into account, Reynolds' s equation and energy equation based on bulk flow turbulent model were solved with finite element method. Stiffness and temperature rise of the bearing with different structures were researched,and high stiffness with low temperature rise of new structure bearing was proved.
