摘要
分析了零件的冲压工艺性,设计了1副集冲裁、成形、弯曲于一体的多工位级进模,并在排样设计时合理安排了交叉弯曲工位。实践证明,设计方案可行,模具生产效率高,操作方便,生产的产品质量达到要求。
The stamping technique of a component was analyzed and a multi-position progressive die integrating blanking, forming and bending process was develoPed. The cross bending work-position was arranged in the layout design. The application shows the scheme feasible and efficient.
