摘要
运用有限元方法对精冲过程中不同压边力和反顶力对材料流动特性的影响进行分析,研究表明,较大的压边力和反顶力可以显著抑制精冲过程中材料涡流的形成。继而分析了断面光洁面随着压边力和反顶力增加而提高的原因,提出有限元分析方法可以有效地预测精密冲裁零件的断面质量。
The material flow was investigated punch forces by the finite element method with respect to various blank holder forces and reverse (FEM) The results indicate that large blank holder forces and reverse punch forces can significantly suppress the formation of swirling flow in materials during fine blanking process. The reason why the section quality grows with increase of blank holder force and reverse punch force was analyzed. The FEM simulation method is useful for predicting the section surface features of fine blanking products.
