陕西省重点保护野生动物名录增减变化商讨

Discussion on the Changes of the List of Key Species of Wildlife within Provincial-protection in Shaanxi

本文探讨了陕西省重点保护野生动物名录。确定了3个筛选地方重点保护野生动物的原则:1)、极危、濒危、易危或接近受胁的物种;2)、中国特有且稀有的物种;3)、省内种群数量少或分布地区狭窄的物种。把符合某一原则的且还不属于国家重点保护野生动物的物种筛选为地方重点保护野生动物。从当地分布的非鱼类脊椎动物中共筛选出73个物种拟作为陕西省重点保护野生动物,包括16种兽类、45种鸟类、6种爬行类和6种两栖类动物,其中有45种是当前陕西省重点保护野生动物名录中的物种。对比此当前名录,本文建议从中删除1种鸟类,并增加4种兽类、23种鸟类和1种两栖类到名录中。

This paper discussed the establishment of the list of key species of provicial-protected wildlife in Shaanxi. 3 rules for selecting the key species of local-protected wildlife were suggested： 1） critically endangered, endangered and vulnerable or near threatened species; 2） the endemic and rare species in China; 3） the species with small population sizes or limited distribution areas within the province. If a species accords with a certain rule and is out of the list of key species of wildlife under state-protection in China, it will be selected as a key species of local-protected wildlife. Seventy three species including 16 mammals, 45 birds, 6 reptiles and 6 amphibians were selected as planned key species of provincial-protected wildlife in Shaanxi from local distributed vertebrates without fish, 45 species of which are among the current list. Compared with the current list, 1 bird species was suggested to be deleted from the list, and 4 mammal species, 23 bird species and 1 amphibian species were suggested to be added to the list.
