An Introduction and Analysis to the Construction of Rural Libraries and the Social Force That Participates

农村图书馆建设力量不仅包括国家投入的公共图书馆体系,还出现了各类为基层图书馆文化事业贡献的个人、企业、民间团体等社会力量,他们共同组建了中国农村图书馆的建设大军,这无疑是图书馆事业和基层文化建设的重要力量,但同时各种社会力量的参与途径和方式均有不同,实力也有强弱之分,因此如何看待与分析,成为今后农村图书馆建设的重要问题。

The construction forces of rural libraries consist of not only the public libraries in the state system, but also the social forces that participate such as individuals, enterprises, civil groups who make contributions to the development of grass - root libraries. These forces constitute the main force for the construction of rural libraries. However, all social forces are different in their power and ways to participate. Thus, how to treat and analyze these forces becomes essential for the future construction of rural libraries.
