试论中小图书馆对社会资源的整合与利用

A Study on the Unity and Utility of Chinese Library on Social Resources

中小图书馆要想改变资金不足、文献资源老化、服务方式落后、读者阅读量下降的现状,不仅需要地方主管部门的支持,还要眼光向外,积极利用社会资源,有创新意识,改变过去只重索取的做法,通过"找事"做,以奉献精神吸引社会资源的参与,努力谋取互利共赢的局面,进而启动和催化市场需求,更好地履行社会责任。

To change the current situation of facing inadequate funds, documentual aging, undeveloped serving and declining readers, the small and medium- sized libraries not only need the support of the local competent authorities, but also should have a broader perspective to take advantage of social resources. In this case, it is urgent to develop creative consciousness and remove the old way of emphatically demanding, by hunting for employment, to attract the participation of social resources with dedicating spirit, and manage to gain reciprocal and mutually beneficial prospect, to then proceed to start and promote market need, and better perform the social duty.
