摘要
图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务的变化特征有:多种咨询方式相结合,以用户为中心开展个性化服务,服务对象社会化,咨询队伍由馆员、专家、用户共同构成;促进这些变化的主要因素有:面临搜索引擎服务商的竞争,用户信息获取能力日益增强,图书馆服务理念的更新,Web2.0技术的出现。图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务未来的发展趋势是:向信息共享空间发展,借鉴搜索引擎在线问答服务模式,纵向沟通与横向联合发展,构建完善的服务管理机制。
The characteristics of library virtual reference service are as follows: the combination of various consultation ways, user- centered personalized services, socialization of clients, consultation team made up of librarians, experts and users; the factors resulting in these changes include the competition with search engine service providers, the more enhanced ability of gaining information, the renewal of library service ideas and the application of web2. 0. The future devel- oping trend, of library virtual reference service is : the development of information commons, learning from the online reference service of search engine, the development from longitudinal communication to crosswise union and the building of perfect service management systems.
